Staff Training
Training is part boot camp, part summer camp.
You’ll work with industry leaders. You’ll role-play scenarios. You’ll practice what to do when a kid is homesick or two campers are in conflict.
The days are hands-on. Simulations of real camp life. By opening day, you’ll still be nervous. But you’ll know how to do your job.
The nights? Those are for fun. Square dancing. Relay races. Professional baseball games. A 50-foot waterfall. Local shopping trips.
