Make sure to check tomorrow’s blog, as we will be sharing our Director of Counseling’s famous recipe for Pumpkin Spiced Whoopie Pies. While not a GF Thanksgiving recipe, they are peanut and tree nut free, and one of the tastiest desserts in the world! And on Friday, as everyone is figuring out what to do with their Thanksgiving leftovers, we will be posting my recipe for what many in our brother/sister camp community call “The Greatest Sandwich Ever Made” (We’re not kidding. Every year campers and their parents email us on the day after the holiday to ask for this recipe).
We hope these delicious gluten free recipes are a welcome addition to your Thanksgiving table!
