Food & Nutrition
Laughter and cheering resounds throughout our Dining Hall morning, noon and night. Campers & Staff love the options provided by our family-style meals. During meals campers sit with their bunkmates and counselors, which helps mealtime feel more like home!
We do our best to plan healthy, kid-friendly meals that are supplemented by 6 salad bars, 2 hot bars, and additional stations for fruit, yogurt and other delicious items throughout the Dining Hall. At breakfast we have yogurt, fresh and dried fruits, pastries and an assortment of cold cereals. At lunch and dinner we offer salad bars that also feature cold-cuts for making sandwiches, roasted meats, assorted cheeses, hummus and cold pasta salads. A vegetarian meal with quality protein is also offered at all three meals.
Our Dining Hall does not serve any peanut or tree nut products, nor do we allow these foods anywhere on campus. We happily accommodate many other special diets, including gluten and dairy free.
Campers seeking a snack are encouraged to eat the fresh fruit located throughout our campus, and made available all day. Before we resume afternoon activities, and before bed, we also serve Milk & Cookies.
